The Assembly Department of Magnus has a large variety of skills and abilities to support your most demanding assembly requirements. With vast machining capabilities, custom assembly fixtures are commonplace to help ensure your parts are assembled correctly every time. Soldering of wiring, contact strips, and other electrical components; insertion and pressing of clinch studs and nuts, rivets, grommets, threaded inserts and panel fasteners; silkscreening and marking (rubber and steel stamping); masking and paint preparation; press-in and pull-out force measurement; precision torque measurement; and adhering of a variety of materials and configurations are some of the common operations performed by Magnus' Assembly Personnel. |
