Borescope view of the inside of a thread

We used a Hawkeye Precision Borescope attached to a Canon T2i to show the customer a notch that was added inside of a thread to act as clearance. Below is a before and after picture of the cut.

A different benching technique

Benching round parts by inserting a template that is shaped to size. The template is pumped into place using a low-tech hydraulic hand pump. Sometimes going back to the basics works easier and more efficiently!
